I like to teach because:

I love the process. I love to have an active and engaged class in which the students are taking control of much of the learning.

My favorite part of teaching is:

To challenge myself as a teacher. I never rest on the lessons as I have taught them before. I love to search for new activities and labs to engage my students in a new way.

I became a teacher because:

A high school teacher nominated me for a teaching scholarship. He thought I would be a good teacher.

I'm known by my students for:

Parenting, taking care of my family, and running.
